Wash Hounds Car Wash & Oil Change

I recently visited for a quick wash, and while the service was generally good, I had an unfortunate experience with minor scratches on my vehicle afterward. The car wash itself was thorough, with a friendly and efficient staff. They seemed to use high-quality soaps and equipment, and my car looked cleaner than when I arrived. However, after drying, I noticed a few small scratches on the paint, which weren’t there before the wash. This was a bit disappointing, as I had expected better care, especially considering the quality of the wash itself. I didn’t go back to the staff and complained about it cause honestly going thru these automatic car wash place, I am at risk of getting scratches already but just didn’t expected to be deep and long like these on my photo. I personally won’t be coming again .. think I should just spend a few extra bit for handwashing going forward. I don’t really blame the facility.. cause deep inside I knew it will happen one day and it’s today. I would recommend the owner to somewhat think of a way to wrap their machine with fabric material. There are lot of area where I see the machines is bare metal and if it’s wrapped with soft or fabric material it might minimize issues and cases like mine. Just my luck that all I’m say. Go at your on risk.

I'm a monthly customer, but The two locations on Forest avenue differ. This one the guy that guides you in doesn't spray the car down prior to the car wash. When it's not done that way the back of the car remains dirty. There is usually something wrong with the drying towels at the end either the one on top doesn't come down all the way or the ones on the side don't work. I've made it a point to tell someone and they offer me towels or run through again. They have to update their technology. I don't mind doing it myself but with out the little help it makes it difficult. Also there's no vacuums. If a company is going to promote a service it should be similar between both locations otherwise it really is no use to come to this location but to use the other one where you really get the full service. Otherwise the price is great I use it often and I recommend it.

Esme was great. She helped me update my account and even gave me my towels when I forgot to get them when I signed up. She is amazing and would definitely recommend this place just because of her customer service.

I’ve been going here for years and I’ve seen it through different management. It’s a great and convenient place. Today I dealt with a young lady named Esme who was very polite, patient and informative about my monthly subscription. I’ll continue to go to this car wash.
