Staten Island Wash & Repair Center inc

I've visited this car wash at least three times, and each time, the interior of my car was still dirty. They didn't wipe anything down. I regret not taking pictures because I was so frustrated that I ended up vacuuming my car myself. When I lifted my mats, I found dirt underneath them, as if they hadn't bothered to vacuum at all. There was still debris between my seats, which is just unacceptable. You pay for a service, and they don't even provide it. I will definitely not be returning. I at least took this picture while cleaning my car after THEM.

At this car “hand wash” They charge extra $2 for SUVs and extra $3 for large SUVs. When asked they couldn’t explain why. The answers was just because it’s SUV. Feels like an unnecessary cost they charge and a rip off.

I paid $51 for a full car wash, but the service was absolutely terrible. The seats and other parts of the interior were not wiped at all, and the vacuuming was basically nonexistent. The trunk was still dirty, like it hadn’t even been touched. I asked the staff to at least wipe the seats, and at first they said they “don’t wipe,” but then someone came back with a rag and spray — so clearly they can, they just didn’t bother the first time. After this disappointing experience, I had to go to a gas station to vacuum the car myself. This place is a waste of money. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects even basic quality for what they’re paying.

I come here all the time for my oil changes and state inspections. They do a very good job on service. I love that they have TV’s showing the work that’s being done on your car it’s nice because it gives you a peace of mind that they’re not trying to damage your car or to make you have to come back because they mess something up. The staff is always nice and the service is always fast. Their car wash is always nice some minor things but if you talk to their staff, they will correct it for you. I will continue to bring my car here.

For someone that rarely leave reviews I have to write something about this place. This place has time and time disappointed me. From there #4 mini detail service that is $46.00 plus tax isnt any cleaner than their basic inside and outside service. I was suppose to get wax yet watching them they never sprayed anything on my car. From the disgusting cleaning. I have to wipe down all the surface over because I don’t know what they use, but it left residue water stains all over my black plastic interior. Every time without fail, they forget the rearview mirror never even touched. Oh and they charged extra $2 for little Audi q3 which is smaller then some sedans barely a crossover but whatever. Also you know if you’re from Staten Island you have money hanging from your car, yes they stole money out of my car. This place is a joke and so is the people managing it. Charging people extra for no reason. They most under par cleaning. Only thing going for them is the location.
