Sherman Oaks Car Wash

Extremely disappointed with this last visit. I pull up, wait in my car as the signs indicate. However, the manager/owner ignored the fact that I was here ahead of at least 5 cars. He wrote tickets up for each of them. I thankfully can speak some spanish and alerted one of the employees. He signaled the owner for me so that he could write me up. No apology, nothing. Terrible customer service as many of the previous reviews indicate. The car wash itself is fine but there is no organization regarding the order in which customers arrive. There are plenty other car wash businesses around. It’s worth the further distance.

This place oversold and under-delivered. First and last visit from me. Raymond convinced me to go with a higher package and none of my expectations were met. The vacuuming was sub-par, there was dust still on my dashboard and lint on the interior of the windshield. The glove compartment exterior was not wiped down. The cup holders still had dust inside. I was told there would be armor all applied to the dash and that was clearly not done. Wow, way to blow the opportunity. For the record, this post and photos were uploaded less than 30 minutes after my visit and I say that so no discussions about “this happened after you left” are valid. Also, this car is less than a month old which is to say that the car was not all that dirty to begin with. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

They just washed the car terribly, the sunroof was dirty, the back seats weren't even vacuumed, the car was returned in a terrible condition, I don't recommend it to anyone

Despite many of these reviews, I’ve had great experiences here. My car always comes out looking amazing and you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. Very happy!

I was quickly greeted by Robert the charming and delightful manager. I expressed an interest in a detail but was limited on time. He offered me a great package which allowed me to get a car wash today and drop the car off at my convenience for future full detail. The entire place is clean and the staff is very friendly. They offered great service and did wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Sherman Oaks Car Wash!
