Bellagio Express Car Wash

I do not recommend this place for others I got the basic wash plus extra tire wash service but the car came out as it was before. I showed the car to the employee he said that since you had a long trip from WA to CA it could not cleaned and the employee himself told me that I have to wash it where that I have to wash it by myself somewhere else. After my car came out of wash I had to spend time to clean it again

The car wash itself is of pretty good quality, and the equipment does a great job cleaning dirty cars – 8/10. However, there is a big BUT (at least in my case). Keep in mind that if you buy a monthly pass, you might arrive two hours before closing time only to find the gates already shut. If this is due to morning rain, why doesn’t anyone inform customers about it when purchasing the monthly pass?

sad to say I have to find a new car wash place now after 5 years being a loyal costumer it's supposed to be fast and efficient IT IS IN FACT NOT FAST OR EFFICIENT anymore!! I get staff needs to be trained but they make everything so much harder and slightly inconvenient. If costumers need help paying they will ask stop getting in the way. i literally do it by myself within a couple seconds, the staff always without a doubt take an extra 5/10 mins (wish i was exaggerating)

I just purchased membership here for my husband for Christmas. The car always looks clean. I like that you can just drive through if you want. The price is fair for what you get, and there is a lot that you can add on. The staff is super help and not pushy. Very convenient location for us.

I would go one or twice a week. I had to cancel my subscription because it was scratching my left front rim from when I pulled in. There was black junk on it but one I cleaned it up there was damage to it. I went to let the manager about my rim. He didn’t care and went straight to the office to cancel my subscription with no regard of my complaint, he just said “it’s fine it will come off” when there’s clearly damage. And the tire shine they use would splatter all on the side once I started driving. But if it wasn’t for those things I would have still kept going.
