Fashion Square Car Wash & Oil Change

I recently had my car washed at Fashion Square Car Wash, and they did an incredible job! My car was shining like never before, smelling fresh, and looking absolutely spotless. I even received compliments from people who saw it! I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail they put into their work. I’ll definitely be returning to keep my vehicle in top shape, and I’ll be recommending them to my friends as well. Avoid this car wash. On May 19, 2024, I brought my 2020 Kia Telluride to the Fashion Square Car Wash, and unfortunately, it turned into an ordeal. The car wash damaged the roof paint of my car, requiring a costly repaint. I uploaded photos below from the Fashion Square Car Wash security cameras that show the before and after damage. Right after it happened, I filled out a damage report at the car wash and reviewed the security footage in the security office. Luis, the person I spoke with, assured me they’d look into it and get back to me ASAP. However, months later, I still hadn't heard anything back from them. No follow-up, no accountability. I sent a follow-up letter again reminding them of the incident and asked for them to remedy the situation. I even provided them with before and after photos captured by their own security cameras, showing the damage that occurred during the car wash. I also provided a repair quote from a local body shop. I finally received a letter from them saying that the my car already had paint damage and it wasn't their fault, which is obviously totally untrue based on the photos from their own security cameras. If you value your car, I strongly suggest avoiding this place. They’re unwilling to take responsibility when something goes wrong. The fact they have photographic evidence and are trying to place the blame on me is outrageous. They weren't even willing to negotiate or offer any sort of settlement, what kind of business clearly sees this sort of damage being done and doesn't even in good faith try to come to a solution or offer SOMETHING. Its bad business.

I recently visited Fashion Square Car Wash for a full car detailing service, which included removing six adhesive stickers from the interior of my car. I paid $500 for the service, expecting a thorough and professional job. Unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. The entire process took only about an hour and 45 minutes, which seemed rushed considering the cost. When I got back in the car, I noticed they had left tape residue from the stickers on the steering wheel. Instead of fixing it, they just watched as I struggled to remove it myself, breaking almost every nail in the process. For the price I paid, I expected much better attention to detail and customer service. Overall, the service felt overpriced and incomplete. If you’re looking for high-quality detailing, I’d recommend exploring other options where your time and money will be valued.

UPDATE from my review 4 months ago: if you read my last review, you can see I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years now. I got a brand new car (so it wasn’t very dirty to begin with) and paid $90 for the hand wash + interior cleaning. The interior barely looked cleaned and had streak marks all over the seats (see photo). I showed the manager, Gerardo, who had a terrible attitude and basically wouldn’t do anything about it. I had to go and was traveling but said he could comp me a wash for when I am back and he said he wouldn’t do that. Terrible wash for the price + no accountability or willingness to make it right. They just lost a loyal customer of years. UPDATE-- response from the owner on this post a lie. This was not three weeks ago, this was last week and my transaction date can prove it. Second, I paid $90 not $80. Third, yes I was in a rush and I told them from the JUMP that this was the case and they said it was not a problem. The streaks in the back seat are NOT from spilling my water bottle, which spilled inside my purse and not at all in the car/backseat. Please do not twist the story.

This is the best oil change experience I’ve had! It was so quick! 15 mins. No wait. Free car wash included. They even dried my car!!! Wow. They have a very nice store inside. This place is very convenient. I usually would wait 1-2 h for an oil change. From Now on I’ll come here. They give a free car wash for your birthday. That is exceptional customer service. Fully recommend. I bough my oil Change from group. Great price.
