This car wash used to be good it has been years since i have been through this car wash and honestly it will be my last, paid 10 for deluxe car wash and my car is still dirty i will save my time and money and drive further for a better wash..... went through the car wash yesterday and the walls on the inside of the car wash are falling off and being held on with bungee cords and rocks, the lights don't work, the only light that works is the forward light inside the car wash attached to the actual car wash, the rude staff is unacceptable and needs to be retrained in customer sensitivity. It isn't my fault the lights arent working and its a guessing game as to when is the right amount of time to drive into the car wash once a car has pulled out. Fix your lights. Your employee "Oscar" (the only employee at the car wash) was having a bad day yesterday and it showed in his lack of good customer service care.

Got the job done. Going early is the best. There was no wait when I arrived. I like that the wash is touchless Payment system looks suspect but I've been using this place for almost 10 years and have never had a problem. I do wish that the vacuums had more suction

Equipment is always failing. Staff eho runs it are extremely rude. When the drive thru wash goes bad and gets off track and hits your vehicle they will reset it and make you get out of line and go to the end of the line behind you and if you can't wait that long they'll give you tokens for the do it yourself stalls and not even enough tokens to fully wash your vehicle. Thus making you essentially pay close to 3 times the original cost of the drive thru. I don't recommend this car wash at all.

Very key factors for customers to return is that: A) As a woman, no matter what hour, day or night, to feel safe at that establishment. 👍(Even though there was 1 light out over near the vacuums which made it quite dark). B) Machines & equiptment working. 👍

Hit or miss whether you get your money taken with no carwash in return. I've been there several times, as this place is very close to home but I've had my money taken twice. Don't know if I'll be back
