I went paid for a premium wash, my truck came out dirty. I asked the attendant as I came out and showed him if he could spin me back through.. not only did the guy not do it. He was an absolute dick to me about it. This is what it looked like after a premium wash, And this is just easy surface dirt.

I came here to wash my car and paid $10 to used the ultimate wash in the automated wash. It didn't even wet the car, the green light came on for me to leave, I had to drive out and wash it manually. I need operators to read this and send me my refund, There is no contact whatsoever for anyone to make complains or communicate to atleast leave a number to contact

The bay I used was full of balls of grease. Unfortunately I didn't notice and thought it was just dirt. Got it all over my shoes and tracked it inside my car. When I told the workers there about it, one said to talk to the other guy and the other guy rudely told me I have to be more careful and walked away. No apologies, no refund. Then I couldn't even find them, they hid behind an unmarked door. Overall this place is filthy with garbage all over the place. There is no contact number to be found anywhere on premises. STAY AWAY!

If I could give zero stars I would. It has been 2 different times that the car has taken my money without a wash. I have left several notes under the door as the machine says to if there are any problems. Not one person has contacted me. Highly disappointed.

Last night 07/31/2024, I paid $10 to used the ultimate wash in the automated wash. It only applied soap and green light came on for me to leave. Nothing happened again so I had to drive out and use another $6 for the self wash. I was in a white Toyota Yaris. I need operators to read this and send me my refund. There is no contact whatsoever for anyone to make complains or communicate to.
