Love the car wash, New, clean, & efficent. Delt with 3 people, one kind of rude that is why I gave a 4 star instead of 5. Manager and the other one nice. Not sure how things went, my first payed car wash in my life. I getting tired of washing my own cars. I will be back. FOLLOW UP: Decided to sign up for the monthly service, first charge should have been $7.00 according to the first sales receit but appears to be the full $29.00 dollars. Asked both assocate and manager about this, showed them the sales recipient and neather knew what to do or how to do it. This time 3 1/2 star.

Something that brings me to this Car wash is the Nice near location with our backyard at this car wash, thiers no competition near US. We have sky diving and Motor X. Let's Go Elsinore! Another highly appreciation to JESSICA. Always helping US with common courtesy. THANKS TO all the workers here.

My 1st time using this car wash company. The young lady was observed helping everyone the same. She never allowed anyone to sit long and wonder what to do next while making a selection. When I had trouble putting my car in neutral (a lot on my mind). The young man stopped the car belt to help me. He was so patient. Thank you for your patience and for helping a busy lady. Great customer service!

The customer service was amazing at this car wash. I was having an issue with one of the machines to pay for the wash and had trouble with it, then Marcus came in and helped me out. He was very friendly, professional, and patient. He went the extra mile to make sure I left with a positive experience.
