Cleanway Car Wash, Detailing, Lube, & Service

SCAM ALERT: Avoid this car wash at all costs! They prioritized profits over quality, rushing my $30 wash in less than 10 minutes and ignoring the interior despite my explicit request. They made $30 out of me. The outside may look shiny, but the inside was not worth the service i received. To the owner, consider morning huddles with your team to emphasize customer satisfaction. The sole purpose of a car wash is to leave the vehicle clean, inside and out. Unacceptable service! I always have yo clean my car after visiting this place but I'm never coming back. It also looks like they were so focused on the Ford F-150s, there were three of them when I went today. My car was rushed yet I paid same price. Unethical! You deserve zero stars

Awful place to take your car , never come back I just went and paid almost $40 and my car still the same dirty thing. Bad work and disgusting service

I went for cleaning around 5PM I took the plan A from the chart for 36$. they did very lazy cleaning, vacuum was not done properly I still see there are lot of dust on all the door side (photo attached) they did not clean the dashboard and there where dust in cup holders. I don’t know they do this way and may be it was time for the employees to leave or they use. I had to request the employees to clean the dashboard again. I don’t recommend this place.

This place was the first time there and it was friggin AMAZING.... They even got inside the cup holders.... They found a new customer without a doubt.... I was waiting for the windshield to get that foggy smut after driving a bit and it never happened.... really really great place for the first time... I splurged and got the special and it was like a mini detailing.... very very good and I recommend.... I wish I took pictures but next time I will.. So I went back yesterday 12/16/23 I forgot to take pics on the day. These pics don't give the wash justice. It's like I have a BRAND NEW CAR on the Special Car Wash. It is just insane how this place gets a low rating. I travel all the way from Morristown to go here and I won't go any place else. My car literally GLISTENING.... this place seriously for the money, pple being out in the cold and doing a job like this, is a 10star. The pic of the house is to show you the windshield, not the house. You can't even tell there is glass there. The girl cashier was SUPER nice, and took the time to show me how they know what each car picks, like the package they picked, Gold, silver or special ect. I kinda bothers me that the rating on Google is so low and not in the 4.2-4.5 range. When I tell you, my car lasts a month washed, I'm not exaggerating. Hopefully people will see the truth by coming to your place and experiencing what I experience and the reviews will push the trolls further and further down. First time they say is luck second time is a coincidence then third time is it pattern. When I go back to third time and it becomes like this there's no way that this place is a bad place. Enjoy it while it lasts because this place will soon have lines down the street especially when pple in Morristown get wind of this place. No place like it, NONE.
