REDEMPTION! I wrote a pretty scathing review a while back about how disappointed I was in this place, however, I decided to go back and give them another try... this time it was the exact opposite- the wash I got today was exceptional. My car hasn't looked this clean in forever (inside & out). All the workers out front did a very thorough job and didn't miss a spot (I watched them going over everything in detail). Great job to the management and staff for raising their game... you can't ask anything more from a business than for them to take the criticism seriously and strive to do better. That is exactly what they did. Anyone who negatively reviewed this place more than a year ago, I'd recommend giving them another try.

While they definitely did a thorough job of cleaning the inside of my car, they scratched it in multiple places washing the outside. Very disappointing in a $50 platinum wash. Will not return.

Visiting Morristown Car Wash on E. Hanover Rd. was a truly refreshing experience. From the moment I drove in, the friendly staff greeted me with warm smiles and efficient service. The attention to detail in cleaning was exceptional, leaving my car sparkling inside and out. I particularly appreciated the quick turnaround time without compromising on quality. The facility was clean and well-organized, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. It's great to know that there's such a wonderful car wash right in the heart of Morristown. Highly recommend to anyone looking to give their vehicle some TLC!

A huge mistake was made getting the platinum car wash on our brand new Mercedes. They proceeded to slather the entire interior with splotchy ‘armorall’ which was pretty much just grease. Made a huge mess and months later, still dealing with the aftermath of it.

Paid for “platinum” package and extremely disappointed. I watched my car go through and some of the products that should have been included in platinum weren’t applied. The interior of my car looks worse than before I went in, super greasy and streaky job with the armor all. Not worth it for me to take time to go back to them and complain, but will never go back for another wash.
