Brea Express Car Wash

This car wash is awesome! Staff is always ready to help and super nice. There are many vacuum stations available, and you are given free wipes. It is also very clean and well maintained.

I'll start by saying my car was absolutely filthy bringing it in. I just got the basic wash, and afterwards one of the attendants came by to ask how it came out. It was decent, but I still had some white spots on my car. He then let me go through the wash a second time, free of charge. Fantastic customer service, and I would definitely come back again!

Wife went here this afternoon, mostly for the vacuum. They have the best pressure/ vacuum of any car wash. Anyway, we have a roof box which won't work with the cloth brushes, but their website advertises that you can request a touchless wash from the attendant. She did. The guy decided to have an attitude and said he had no idea what she was talking about. He also said our car was too tall... it's a Mazda CX-5 with a roof box. Might be 6'7" tallest. No where near the height of a truck. She asked if she could just use the vacuum and he said "if you want to pay for the wash". Safe to say we didn't and won't be coming back. People who deal with customers should probably actually like tje customers.

I recommend this car wash completely. The Customer service is remarkable. I had a conversation with Judith regarding billing and was provided unmatched service to get things handled in a professional manner. Friendly, well dressed and attentive staff, great options for washing, free Vacuums and the monthly pass is well worth it! (The Brea) ;)

I have traveled through every region in the United States. Brea Express Car Wash is the best I’ve seen yet! They excel in both quality of service and in person care. If you are in the Orange County area, I would highly recommend you stop by this car wash.
