Happy to get my car washed here. I request for them to do touchless cause I hate my car getting slapped with the noodles but overall nice experience. Biggest thing is the vacuums work well!

I have always been coming to this place for many years and I have noticed that for months, the connections of the hoses where they hang throw a lot of water everywhere and today I think I bathed more than I washed the car Management should change the maintenance staff or put in quality equipment, because you get the money anyway if you invest in good equipment.

Love having the convenience of washing my car at any time of day. But recently I’ve had oil dropping from the top of the swiveling part of the hose on the hood of my car, during and after washing my car. The oil also drops on my head while I’m washing my car. It’s not really convenient to have to go home and rewash my blonde hair extensions when I shouldn’t have to worry about it. Not to mention the damage it’s doing to the paint on my car. Please fix this.

High pressure rise actually pushes soup out of the l8ne fairly quickly 15-20 seconds where other car washes sometimes take 2 minutes. Spot free rinse actually workers here, probably the only place in the area. Overhead line was dripping on me and my car. Not that big of a deal when soaping up but kinda sucked when rinsing.

Brea Car Wash got the basics right, but there were a couple of downsides. The air dryer didn’t have enough pressure to fully dry the car, and the nozzle was a bit awkward to handle. It gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement in those areas.
