Sunny Hills Car Wash

Complete waste of money! Paid for a hand wash, car wash. $40 + $12 tip. Apparently that means, they only clean the exterior and by “clean” I mean they run a hose over it, clean it with a rag and dry it. I didn’t even think to look at the inside when I got it and noticed it right after I had driven off. I’m extremely unhappy with the quality and inability to be able to call someone to discuss this.

I brought my truck in for a HAND WASH since I have a lowered truck with wide wheels. It can’t fit down the auto washer. 10 mins later an attendant came up to me and said my tire was low. It wasn’t low the entire side wall was cut completely open 3/4th away around the tire. The guy swore it didn’t go through the auto wash. It’s impossible for me to drive there with that level of sidewalk damage so it had to happen by them. I will be going back when the manager is there to ask to see their surveillance tapes to prove to me if it did or did not go through the auto wash

We asked and paid for a platinum wash and the car did not get completely vacuumed, no air freshener, and no protectant for the dash. There are still dirty spots on the doors, seats, and cup holders. I didn’t even get what I paid for. The backseats (not pictured) still have dirt. Definitely do not recommend.

Nice spot. However the wash done on my car was poor. Usually I wouldn't care so much, but this time I was talked into the highest priced wash. I paid an extra $20 for a hand wash. I expected a treat. I couldn't wait to sit in my clean car. I was left with an exterior that had spots that weren't removed and an interior that was not wiped down much less detailed. They didn't even add the air freshener they offered! I am unsatisfied with my visit.

Terrible service, they definitely rushed through it and car isn’t clean. The guy looked at the dirty interior I pointed out and shrugged and said he wiped it, no care in the world. Also there’s no bathroom for customers which is pretty terrible for a business that requires you to wait around and sells food
