American Car Wash & Detail Center

I go to this car wash occasionally because it is convenient not because of the quality. I always have to clean my windows again when I get home. Yesterday I asked them to wipe the bottom of the inside of the door which they did sort of but only on the side I pointed to. They never clean the console and pretty crappy job at vacuuming. Convenience or not, I will not be using America car wash again.

Horrible service. Staff is very disrespectful. They never do the right job. The guy disrespected my wife and told her not to come again just because she was telling him that he didn’t vacuum inside. See photos.

Worse! car wash experience ever OVER CHARGING everything i just took a car wash from them asked for vaccum it was my first time and asked extra just where the lady at the recieption asked me to pay $4 just for vaccum i was ready to pay for vaccum for that but the mexician guy was trying to over charge me this is the wash what they give after you pay $12 and the wasn't clean after the wash as well...

Not very happy with the service. paid $19.99 dollars for exterior and interior service. Car wash employees took my expensive weather tech floor mats and threw them about 20 ft in front of my car. Asphalt is very abrasive and they risk stuffing up my nice floor mats by throwing them. If I knew the interior cleaning service was gonna be so bad. I would not have paid the extra $7 dollars for it. Center console was left dirty full of dust and dashboard was not even touched with a towel. I also gave the workers a $3 dollars tip before starting hoping they would do a better job but unfortunately they did not.

Very sloppy car wash. Guys did not dry car properly or clean areas at car threshold. Windshields are all spotted. Had to Windex when I got home. Paid good money for what?
