Canceling my membership today. The employees don’t even try to dry the car off. Streaks and grime left behind. They reuse the same dirty rags over and over. My car looked better before I got the wash.

This place is very bad. I have a Honda CRV 2015 and the car went in and it was regularly washing the car. Then near the end, we saw a rubber thing flying while I was in the car wash and then all of the sudden everything stopped. Next thing you know, some rubber from the roof of my car came flying out, it was the gasket of my roof trim. Then I called them up and they said “since your car is more than 10 years old, we are not able to fix it.” This is the worst customer service I heard and this is one of the worst things a business can say. They took responsibility for what happened but are not willing to fix it. One of the worst car washes ever.

The worst location of the whole bunch - 11/09/24 they destroyed my car. Will be cancelling my membership ASAP , considering lawyer depending on repair costs SHUT DOWN YOUR FAULTY MACHINES - they had lines going into the highway and people complaining about the same issues you can’t collect people’s money and expect to get away with destroying their property!

First time coming to this car wash, Anthony was very friendly and informative. The rest of the team was helpful and efficient. The car wash was quick and easy. Definitely coming back again soon. Especially since they close at 8! Too convenient 😇
