C Bentley's Car Wash

I went to this car wash on 12/29 around 2:35PM. I got the regular full service wash as I've done over the years. But when I began to exit the the drive way, I heard a large thumping sound on my driver side wheel. I pulled over to the nearest lot and saw that I had a screw embedded in my tire. I went back to the car wash, and let the cashier Daniel know that I needed to speak to the manager. When I was provided a cell phone by one of the employees working there, the owner Alex was immediately aggressive and throwing accusations. He told me that I left the car wash, went home, and put a screw in my tire. Alex also proceeded to tell me that I needed proof of the screw being imbedded into my tire. Which the only proof I can provide is a picture of the screw in the tire, which I told him and said he can check the cameras from when I exited and came back. The cameras ( if they have any ) would have shown that I immediately came back to the car wash as I left. I calmly explained that I was driving the whole day with no issue, up until I went to the car wash. When I tried to divulge more information to Alex, he immediately got more aggressive and started cutting me off while I was speaking - to which this point i gave the phone to my partner. Never have I spoken to someone who was trying to intimidate me, speaking over me, then tell my partner that if I went to court that he would win. All I wanted was a simple fix, to have the tire hole be fixed and receive compensation for it. Which ended up becoming unnecessary, as I took my car to Mavis and was shown that the screw did not completely puncture my tire, thank God. Because I know Alex would have given me a headache about it. I will let everyone know of my experience, and tell them to go to a different car wash. Trust the reviews to those who are reading, they're definitely honest by my experience. Thank you to Daniel who helped us get in contact with the owner.

I brought my car to get the Supreme Car Wash which is 25 dollars and they did nothing. This car wash is terrible. They did not wipe down the interior, dash or doors. When I asked the manager he stated they Don't wipe down the interior & I would have to ask for that. I'll never bring my car here again. Terrible service. They should close.

My boyfriend brought my car to the Old Bridge location. Car was still not clean after $33 for ultimate. Windows even had to redone but worse yet when he brought my car back the floor mats were missing. I drove back to ask and the place had just closed but staff was still there in back room. They were unwilling to look for my mats and kept telling me to come back tomorrow they are closed. Once I mentioned calling the police to report the missing mats one employee walked around the building and grabbed all 4 of my floor mats and handed them to me and apologized. Not sure where he got them from but he knew exactly what he was doing after mentioning the police. Beware I’ll never go back.

Beware Paint Peeled Off. I went to this car wash on 1/25/2025. I immediately noticed that they did not clean the center console which I chucked up to them being busy. As they leave the driver door open once they are done, I did not notice that their jets peeled off a large section of the paint from the driver door. It wasn’t until I got home and exited my car that I realized the paint was completely peeled off. I am beyond disappointed and upset.

They are true professionals especially with vacuuming. I would rate them 6 stars and recommend C Bentley’s Full Service Car Wash or any 33 East Car Wash Location to anyone that wants their car cleaned and vacuumed. They are the best.
