Ordered a winch on 4/2/25 and paid $400 plus for over night, didnt receive winch until 5 days later 4/7/25. I understand this doesnt fall on zips, but they failed to assist me to receive a refund from ups. After i attempted with ups and they requested for sender to get a refund. Lady i spoke with from zips had her mind set she wasn’t going to help and then lied to me saying she would take care of it. Has been almost a month and have not heard back or received anything of a refund. When it was originally aw direct, we didnt have this issue. Zips has ruined them
