Ever since corporate bought our tiny NAPA, it has gone downhill. I went in early February and purchased a set of rotors and brake pads. Shortly after installation my brake was shaking even worse than before they were put on. Today I learned that they gave me pads that had been previously warrantied so someone brought them in because they already didn’t work and my rotor was warped. My refund is less than it should’ve been too (I have a copy of my check) I will not be going to NAPA ever again and will take my business elsewhere. I don’t normally write reviews but this is very upsetting. I try to shop local as much as I can and I felt better about shopping there when it was locally owned—things were actually made right. Very disappointed.

Pulled in to Napa off the highway when i heard grinding from my front brakes. A caliper bolt had fallen off. Derek was extremely helpful. They didn't have the bolt that i needed but he called around to see if anyone else in town had it. Incredibly friendly and helpful. They went beyond the call of duty to help get my family on the road. Great people!
