Quick lane used to be the best service. Apparently, they got new staff at the front desk, poor customer service ever expected i was there for oil change, tire rotation,, oil change was ok, i was there the entire time, my tire rotation wasn't done, so I asked did you guy's are done whit all my needs?? I brought my 2012 Ford Taurus to Zeigler Ford of North Riverside and stated to them that I think the alternator was bad. They did a $185.00 diagnosis and told me it was the air filter and air sensor. They replaced the filter, and I cleaned the sensor. Took the car home, and it continued to have the same issue. I decided it had to be the alternator. Took it to a mechanic in Broadview, and the mechanic verified it was the alternator. Now the car runs perfectly. Don't trust this diagnosis scam from Ziegler Ford. My regular dealership is in Peotone, and they never charged me for a $185.00 diagnostic check. I will never deal with this fraudulent dealership again. Beware!!!

Just bought a used Ford truck & brought it here to get its 1st oil change & to get looked at & Anthony the Quicklane manager made sure my truck got looked at & got everything it needed. Will def be returning for more recommended maintenance!
