Location is clean and quiet. There was no wait and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I went in for an idp ( international driving permit ) which took about 10 minutes because I didn't fill out the form beforehand. If you bring in everything it'll probably take 5 minutes or less to go in and out. $20 flat cash or card. You'll get it right away.

Called to ask about getting an International Driver’s License - no one answered the phone. Arrived at 3pm on a weekday (with open hours until 6pm) and was told that the only person who issues IDLs decided to leave early. Nothing posted on their website and no one answering phones made me waste a couple of hours fighting traffic, coming from the city. Very poor service and extremely displeased with my experience at this location.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I pulled in with a flat tire and went to the desk to ask about having my spare put on. I explained we, my Mom and I, were AAA members. We were told they were too busy to help. They had three cars inside and didn't appear to be doing anything with them. They told us we had to call the AAA roadside service. I almost fainted! Are u serious we are outside your service center doors and we have to call for help and wait. He said yes. I went to the customer service desk and they said they could not call it in because they only sale the insurance. What a laugh! So u can have three people sale insurance, two at desks doing not sure what and three in the service center and no one can help a customer. I told my Mom it was time to cancel this insurance and go with another one who actually appreciated their customers. We waited , after having to go through the whole call center situation, for about a half an hour for the young man to arrive. He asked why we called when we were at the repair service, so I explained, and he said are you kidding me it would have taken them 5 minutes and you would have been on your way. The young man had to change our tire out in the rain when the workers could have did it inside in a dry area. I will NOT and WOULD never go here again. I also plan to write a letter to someone about this experience. Ridiculous!!!

If I could give this place a negative rating, I absolutely would. My frustration lies not just with this location, but with the entire AAA organization. They have had my vehicle for a full week, and it took them four days to realize they didn't have a technician qualified to work on my manual transmission, which seems odd as I told them it was a transmission issue upfront. Perhaps its because I'm a woman? I can't quite wrap my head around this part, but I digress..... I was then informed that my car needed to be towed to a different location, 28 miles away, and that the tow would be complimentary due to the circumstances. I spent nearly three hours arguing with three different agents to get this resolved. They were supposed to move my vehicle to the new location two days ago, but when I hadn't heard anything from AAA in 2 days, I called to check on its status, and I discovered that they NEVER COMPLETED THE TOW and failed to communicate anything to me. The level of incompetence and poor communication from this company is astounding. Now, I've incurred out-of-pocket expenses for a rental car and will have to pay again to have my car towed to a competent mechanic—one that isn’t affiliated with AAA. Buyer beware.
