Zain Used&New Tires

Hi I just wanted to put out here when you are doing business at a tire shop or any other businesses and you have spent good money with them and experienced an unpleasant service. I had brought 4 used tires two at one time and the tires were good to go all the time the guy I would see all the time when I needed to buy tires and was working hard all the time was Muhammad. The kind man he was always nice and he does great business he is a man of integrity very attentive to the customer needs. I really like how he appreciates the customers and does great business. what decency in humility it was nice doing business with Muhammad. But on the other hand this particular day the unpleasant service this mix or Indian guy I just don't even remember his name he never stated his name so I don't recall but he had to be an employee or maybe the owner of the tire shop but he was rude not inviting or making a customer feel appreciated I had said and greeted him how are you today? and he looked and said nothing to greet me and there was another customer right there seeing the whole thing. I didn't take it to heart so I greeted again and he acted as if annoyed by me but he greeted me back after the second time but maybe he was not having a good day because he was helping another customer. I truly understand when you have a lot to do your mind can just be somewhere else when you have a lot going on and the tire business or any business that can be expected. This was my first time coming to get some air for all four of my tires and I asked him how much he would charge he said $10 to put air in 4 of my tires that were not low just needed some air and service or not even needed air and all the tires. But he explained that he charged $2.50 for each tire I truly understood. What got me was not having humility for the customer and just showing a little kindness. He didn't even say he could check to see if I needed air I really like doing business with this tire shop but this particular time was not pleasant. I was just being extra sure and wanted to be safe on the road because I couldn't check my air pressure my dash light just went out so I didn't know if I needed some air or I was getting low on my tires I was just trying to be safe so I stopped at the tire place. But I did have the money but I thought it was ridiculous to pay if I didn't need air and all the tires if he would have said when I'm done with this customer I can check it that would have been fine. But I didn't understand the rudeness. But he stated it a second time for $10 and I didn't get a chance to explain my problem about my tires so I kindly let him know that was okay no need thank you for your time have a great day. I didn't want to pay $10 to put air in my tire if I didn't need air and all the tires. but I truly understood. That's not the right way to treat a customer that has purchases tires before. I have never had that problem before treated as my problem was not important. sometimes business owners should put themselves in customer shoes as well as being of service to others a good leader or boss owner should have integrity self-awareness courage respect compassion, and resilience no matter what we have to do we should treat everyone equally the same respect because it is the right thing to do if you have a business or not. Having humility for other human beings is very recommended to have as business owners and employees because it is important to be remembered by when a business owner or employee disregards a customer this is not right and it is not fair. I just wanted to speak up for people who have experienced rude services. I just wanted to put that out there It is not good for business owners or employees to get comfortable treating people with no remorse and no compassion or humility treat others the way you want to be treated. That is not good business and one more thing successful businesses meet the needs and wants of customers. I would not want to spend money with business owners or employees who do not appreciate their customers.

Called in~ they had what we needed (4 others did not) He got us right in and out. Staff was efficient & polite as well! We will absolutely be back next time. Side note~ the customer leaving as it was our turn was also raving about the service he recieved. GREAT STUFF!!

My friend and I came to this shop together, where we bought and replaced the tire. However, the owner did not help us at all. As shown in the photo, it hasn’t even been 5 months—only two weeks! We understand the tire was used, but a business owner should be willing to assist their customers. Instead, they just sell and move on. We will not do business here again, and we are warning our entire community to avoid this place.

I ran over a screw and nail causing my tire to deflate rather quickly. I was on Vine Street and needed help urgently. I saw the sign for Zain’s Tires and called for help. I was told to bring the vehicle right over and was helped right away. The owner was welcoming and kind. I stayed in the warm car while he patched my tire back up. I was safely back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend this business for all your tire needs.

For all the bad reviews I would just like to say that I work for a automotive shop and I happen to come across this shop and all though these are used tires it’s the best bang for your buck I’ve sent multiple family members here and even gotten my wife’s tires here we even recommend this shop to a lot of customers from my friends shop. This tire place might not be the cleanest or well kept but they always show you tires before they sell them to you and every set I’ve gotten have been in excellent condition or have Been pretty much brand new. They are the cheapest around and do amazing work I’ve never had a problem

Very friendly and fast service provided and at a great price. Came in on a Saturday and was fit right into their schedule. Highly recommend this place. Will be returning for all my tire needs.

I changed tires on several of my cars in this workshop. The guys are great. They approach their work competently, professionally, with soul and humor. :) Thanks to them for this. DEFINITELY 5 STARS!
