Talked to me as if we were friends. Led me to think that he knew what he was doing. Did a terrible job installing my amps. Didn't secure them to the car. Just wired them up and let them slide around. Left the turn on wire off of one amp. Left tons of wire strands all around the amps. Hit the foot area of my door with a hammer, leaving a dent there. Lastly my seat belt holder cable was cut, now I'll need to replace that for $200 too. I don't know the thoughts of people but all I can do is to guess that he was jealous of my equipment that I was getting installed. I don't know. He definitely has some mental issues though. I definitely will never take my car there again, and if you're smart, you won't either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL.

I would never recommend steven's auto.He quoted me $250 for a remote start then when I walked in, he told me it would be $290 then it went up to $350 then got an attitude when I told him I didn't want to do it. Now, I understand why they are always moving every month.

Was told by several people they do good work I did not have that experience. Made appointment but truck wasn’t actually ready until after 7:30pm. If I had needed to be rescheduled I gladly would have rather than got a rushed sloppy mess. Exterior wise lots of residue under mirrors and windows the bed of the truck didn’t get touched. See photo not sure what was drug across the window seal that caused this kind of damage. Interior was better but it too looked extremely rushed with the dash covered with spots. Extremely disappointed to pay as much as I did and get my vehicle back damaged and looking the way it does. Wouldn’t recommend. If the owner would have left his contact info rather than calling me a liar a not customer when I literally have the receipts and phone calls that I’ll gladly post I would have been willing to possibly resolve this.

I had made an ill advised adventure down a tree and shrub lined road, with the branches rubbing up against the truck. Ken did an awesome job wet sanding and buffing out the scratches in my truck. The tri-poly glaze gives a "soft" feel to the paint and really makes it shine.

Ken @ Steve's Auto Glaze, has excellent customer service & sales... had a appointment to get a new alarm system put on my work truck, because my remote was old & not working & I couldn't lock my tools up. Ken had a solution for me...he suggested, instead of installing a new system, I'll just order you 2 replacement remotes...AWESOME IDEA KEN, 2 hours later, I'm back on the rode again...thanks so much !!!

I Called Stevens to see if they could install a Front/Rear Dash Cam in our Subaru Crosstrek. I was going to do it myself but was concerned about hardwiring it into fuse panel, running cables near airbags, and not interfering with driver assist cameras. They said no problem, bring it in in 2 days. I figured they’d have it all day, but called to say it’s done in 2 hours! Their work was top notch. Everything worked and looked perfect. AND their price was very reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about the professionals at Stevens. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible service!!! Went to get windows tinted and there were scratch marks in different parts of the tint. Took the car back because I wasn't satisfied. They had my vehicle from 9am to 430pm. I called to get an update and they said that the scratches are basically normal because of the tool they used. They had my car the whole day and couldn't even call and tell me that they wouldn't fix it. I called other tint places in lake county to ask if this is normal and all said No!!! They said it's because the tool they are using to lay the tint with isn't the best quality. Funny thing is I paid you for the service but yet you messed it up and can't even fix it!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! A child can do better tint then Stevens Automotive. Extremely disappointed. Customer service wasn't even there at all!!! The guy basically looked at me like I was crazy for asking to redo what he messed up!!! Don't waste your time or your money!!!! Plenty of better places to go to.

Got my windows tinted today they did a great job. I'm going back to get the Carhartt seat covers next month. The dude behind the counter was super helpful and had to deal with all my weird questions and was extremely nice.
