Jeff and Wendy communicated through each step: text updates, pictures of work progress, as well as dealing with claim adjusters on my behalf. 5 out of 5 would recommend for any body, paint or coating needs on your vehicle. On top of great work, Jeff is just a nice-genuine person, it was a pleasure meeting him.

Jeff & Wendy at Diamond Finish are outstanding. Wendy was instrumental in walking me through all the steps of dealing with insurance. Jeff gave me picture updates throughout the process. My passenger side now looks better than new. Really amazing! I'm also so thankful that my mechanic, Ronnie, who's across the street at General Automotive, recommended Diamond Finish so strongly. One of the best decisions I've ever made!

Our daughter's car was hit by an uninsured driver while she was at school in Dayton causing a great deal of damage. The parent forum for her school recommended an auto-body repair shop in that area. Long-story-short, the Dayton place did a horrible job and we've had ongoing issues ever since... including several serious safety issues. Well, our local mechanic suggested we have Jeff at Diamond Finish look at her car. I'm not sure how he did it, but he somehow got our insurance company to agree to fix everything the other auto repair shop didn't do. After 10+ months of dealing with all of these ongoing issues, Jeff was able to rebuild everything and her car is now better than it was before the accident! We are VERY thankful for Jeff, because he truly cares about his customers! He did an amazing job!
