Hit a deer with our minivan. At the time of the accident, all local body shops were 2-5 months out. Jeff Young said he could fit us in. Youngs Collision got everything fixed up as quickly as quickly as possible. Because of supply chain issues, he couldn’t get a replacement bumper for 4-6 months. He glued and fixed up our broken bumper the best he could and reinstalled it to get us our vehicle back, only to have to take it back off and install the knew one once it was available. While he had the van for the initial repairs, we paid him out of pocket for a dent and paint repair on the back hatch. The hatch is aluminum, so all other body shops recommended full replacement of the rear hatch with costs over $2,500. Body shops just recommended filing ANOTHER insurance claim to get it fixed. Jeff said he could get it fixed up nice and only charged around $600. YOUNGS COLLISION went out of their way. They made the vehicle better than it was before the accident and had great customer service. Each time I called or emailed him I had a prompt response. I was never waiting for any details or a status update. When all other body shops only want to work with insurance and act like your just another random unknown person, Young’s collision treats you like a friend and like they actually care if you come back in the future. I can't thank Andy enough! He came to the rescue for my jeeps rear passenger door handle that fell off. My jeep was serviced with Youngs on this door and rear panel Nov 2023. Andy didn't hesitate on helping out with this. What a great service and great business!
