WW Diesel Service

I was visiting family in Ohio when my VW diesel had an issue with the DEF injection system. The check engine light came on while driving and then the add blue light. We had just filled it recently and had it's 100k service. Unfortunately it was a holiday weekend (4th of July). I reached out and John suggested it could be a couple of things based on the symptoms. My husband looked and took a few pictures, sure enough it was the injector and possibly the line. We new parts and John agreed to put it in, even though he had family visiting from out of town. After arriving at his shop, he quickly realized the clamp would likely break when he removed it. The only place we were able to find the injector clip was at a VW dealership in Columbus. John had an appointment there the next day and graciously offered to pick it up. Not only did John get me back on the road, he provided quick, affordable service, and went above and beyond. I have had the experience of taking vehicles to WW Diesel for various repairs. The service is very fast and they have a mobile service to be able to come to your location. My reason to go to WW Diesel is for the school buses and transport vans from the Circleville City School District. Some of the services received on these vehicles have been for coolant hoses leaking, heaters leaking or not working, headlights, taillights, turn signals and tires. Sometimes the seats have been damaged and WW Diesel has replaced the seat cover.

WW Diesel was very professional. My Semi Tractor trailer was on the side of the highway, and they were able to get me running within hours. I will be calling whenever I need a repair. Shieldstransport
