Terrible customer service I set an appointment at 3 weeks ago they knew I was coming told me to be here at 1:00 when I get there the person is gone they want me to leave my $140,000 truck overnight which was not what was agreed to to begin with now I've just wasted an entire afternoon apparently they don't program vehicles they have some other person come in which if they would have told me that I would have went somewhere else Nathan lied said he was doing the programming on Monday when I arrived today the person told me know somebody else has to do the programming we don't do that basically a bunch of crap they need to stick to selling truck beds and changing oil apparently

I was on 23 an ran over a nail or something an got a flat in my rear tire nate,Lee,juley helped me . I walked my bike down 23 to the high rize diesel shop an they patched an Air it up for me I can't thank them enough for helping me get home safe wonderful people ! Btw it's not a bike shop ..... but they might be now lol. Thank yall again for helping me get home safe !

After getting taken advantage of from 3 different mechanic shops I finally came across High Rise Diesel. Nate and his crew have went above and beyond to make sure my needs where met! If I could give more than 5 stars I would they deserve a ton of recognition and respect I'm on my 3rd vehicle getting serviced by them currently! Good work speaks for itself and they have gained a customer for LIFE with me. I recommend them 10 out of 10 thanks for the great service High Rise Diesel. 🏆

Nate was incredibly helpful! Called him late with an issue and he jumped through hoops and got me taken care of quickly and professionally! Does great work and I would highly recommend him and his team for any diesel pickup truck needs!

I can’t even begin to explain. so I called Nate after hours the shop was closed and he still answer the phone. He was in the middle of cooking dinner I drive a 6.0, power stroke known for issues all over the place. I had a no start problem and I was in a pinch I had to be somewhere couldn’t get my truck started. He talked and walked me through and even sent me a video to get my truck up and running to get me to where I needed to be and safe for the night. I reached out to a lot of people and nobody would help me and he answered right away. Walked me through my issue helped me get my truck started got me on my way got me to a safe place. I’ve used this shop before and I have nothing but good things to say about high-rise Diesel. Five stars they’ll get you going get you fixed look nowhere else they got your back

We brought our diesel truck to High Rize Diesel because of a check engine light for our turbo. They were very thorough, knowledgeable and informative. Very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to go back!
