Avoid at all cost they keep your vehicle longer than necessary and it comes back with something else wrong with it found a pair of the workers pliers under my hood hose clamps loose wires not connected and battery was dead

Wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve had my car since February and they’ve had it more than I have. Every problem they “fix” something else comes up as soon as I leave there lot. Got it back again today and they didn’t even connect my waste gate back to my turbo 🫣 Never again will I take any vehicle to this place.

Honestly if your car even needs an oil change I wouldn’t bring it here. My car has had tons of problems since June I had been bringing it once or twice a month till this point. Anyways this last time they kept my car a month put a WHOLE NEW ENGINE in it and it kept dying when we tried leaving the lot but the owner said they were gonna fix it and it seemed like it was after the FOURTH TRY… HOWEVER Saturday night my car had died and put us on the side of the road. My buddy tried helping give me a jump and then a semi out of nowhere hit the car and almost took my friends leg. Had they fixed the dying problem we would’ve never been on the side of the road anyways. Basically long story short I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND no one bring any of their vehicles here they don’t know what the hell they are doing and it almost cost my buddy his leg and/or life. NO STARS.

Was broke down on WK parkway alternator went out on my truck and sucked the life out of my battery. Called Woodruff Auto they had what it needed and delivered parts right to me. Awesome customer service which is so hard to come by.
