Horrible communication and service. Was originally told the job would be approximately 4 hours and I was without a vehicle for 9 days. After multiple excuses I did get my vehicle back. I am assuming the problems were fixed but haven’t had it back long enough to know for certain. The truth would have been nice so I could have prepared my week better instead of planning every single day to pick it up.
