I recently needed new tires and Dillion at Carmel Road was a great help in understanding my urgent need. He took extra time to research tires that would be good for my older Van and would be safe for me to drive. He was so nice to work with and I appreciated his being so pleasant. I was not expecting needing new tires and in this situation Dillion was so professional in going out of his way help. I am so pleased to know Dillion is at Woodies for help with my car. Several days in advance I called for an appointment to get my car inspected. The guy said the day I chose was wide open, so just pick a time. I chose 10am. The day of the appointment I showed up at 9:55am. He asked if I was going to wait there while they did the inspection. I said yes since I had an appointment and it shouldn't take long. He said that it would probably take 1.5-2 hours. What the heck is an appointment good for? I know I was low priority since they make no money on inspections. But this leaves a bad impression and I will not go back there.

Some of the best customer service I've received in any industry. I had a flat tire; Ramey at this location got me in and out quickly — so fast that I didn't even need to use their courtesy shuttle (something I will take advantage of in the future). The price was also lower than I would've expected. Such a great overall experience that this location made a new, loyal customer.
