Other than the 35 minute drive I had a good experience. All of the gentlemen were friendly and answered my questions. I set and waited on car. Arrived around 8:30 left close to 11. The establishment is small on the inside. It was clean and organized. I watched HGTV the entire time. The mechanics were getting cars in and out. Overall great experience.

Negative Stars, Be Very Careful. Horrible Service, Over Priced, Flat Out Rude! October, 2024 Bought 4 Pirelli tires for $1400 Goodyear recommended January 12 Front tire blew - Goodyear recommended I replace lug nuts, I bought them, put them in front seat of car. January 13 - Goodyear charged me $320 to replace tire - Asked for annual inspection - $120 to replace light in bumper, Ridiculous! - $40 for 4 lug new nuts, they said the old ones were no good. I said no. - when I arrived at Goodyear, the bag of five lug nuts was missing from the passenger side seat. - Goodyear put the old lug nuts back on, I paid them, and left. - When I went to pay, Jamie, the manager who originally sold me the tires, told me that there was something else wrong with my rear tire sensor, and that it would also have to be replaced. - I turned on the car, and it registered as nothing wrong, except they overinflated my new tire by 16 PSI. This is dangerous, incompetent, and unacceptable! Never again! They were rude, inattentive, dishonest, and extremely over priced, and they do not stand by their product. * Update: Goodyear response to my review lists a generic phone number that puts me in a customer service que. Absolutely nothing to do with discussing or resolving any concerns. Anyone considering doing anything, big or small, I would strongly suggest you reed this, and their many other 1 star reviews, before you risk your vehicle.

Never have to worry about “getting taken for a ride” by these guys. Yeah it’s a chain, but it is small business vibes here. They actually look you in the eye and listen to what you need. They aren’t pushy with upsells. Friendly, courteous, and timely. I am always in and out within an hour and grab lunch at brown bag down the street while I wait. Best mechanics in CLT

This company takes advantage of their customers and consistently tries to scam them out of several hundred dollars. I have never left this place without them telling me my car needs an at least $500 unnecessary repair. Go somewhere more reliable and that actually cares about the safety of your vehicle, not just your money.
