Woodhouse Cadillac Service

I'm very happy and impressed with the level of service that Bev Burgess provides me with on my 2012 Cadillac CTS, my 2004 Cadillac Escalade EXT and my 2004 Cadillac Escalade ESV. For 5 years she calls me with updates, instead of like other places I've experienced, having to call them for updates and shuttle service. If it's going to take an extra day, you won't be waiting and wondering if it's ready for pickup or not. She calls you. You can feel that Bev and Woodhouse Cadillac cares about their customers. Thank you for everything! I absolutely love my Cadillacs and your service.

I knew getting a Cadillac meant a great vehicle but I should have know it also meant great service. Bill was wonderful and I appreciated a beautiful loaner while my car was being worked on. Truly top notch all around! I believe Sue was the other professional in the department and she was also wonderful!

Super nice dealership, and a wonderful service experience. Top notch lounge with free drinks and snacks and even a putting green. Plenty of space to set up a laptop and work as well. Bill Gulley is a great service advisor.
