I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received today. When my low tire pressure indicator came on, I stopped by, and the gentleman at the front desk kindly offered to help, despite how busy you all were. I am grateful for the time he took to put air in my tires and ensure my safety. It’s not often you encounter such helpful and considerate service, and I truly appreciate the effort. Thank you for going above and beyond during a busy time—it did not go unnoticed!

Scott was honestly such amazing help. I went in thinking I just needed new brakes; however, after inspection, he brought me out to the garage to actually show me and explained all of the pieces that were needing fixed/replaced. It was much more than I was expecting to spend, but Scott was able to make sure it was affordable. He even stayed there late to ensure I had a car to get myself home at the end of the day. Just drove myself home and my car is driving smoother than ever. Couldn’t be happier!

Purchaser Beware Came in today to get what they would call a premium oil change. I will say I am a frequent customer of Brakes Plus, first and last time at this location. I return to my car, I typically keep napkins in my glove box and upon initial return to my car notice them all thrown on the ground and glove box in complete disarray. Considering they checked my Cabin air filter, I understand why it was opened, what I don’t understand is why everything was left scattered on the ground. Zero attempt to pick it up. As well as my entire infotainment system left in factory reset. All of this maybe you think, minor ? Consider this is what has been left for you to see, think what don’t you see ? I’m sure I’ll come across more, I’m posting this in the parking lot after talking with the lady at the front desk. This is a company you are supposed to trust with your vehicle. They obviously don’t care about you. Much less why would they care about your vehicle. Extremely disappointing, I will not be returning.

Will was very welcoming, pleasant, & knowledgeable via phone & in person. Brakes plus did an amazing job on my car. Will got me in right away (no wait time) w/ exception of vehicle work, in which didn't seem long at all. I recommend this business & will return, if needed! Thank you very much Will!! You earned a new customer!!

Brakes Plus on Dodge St in Omaha was amazing! My tire and rod was badly damaged and I couldn’t drive it. The manager and his team were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! I will trust them with all of my car repairs. Thank you so much team!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
