Please read until the end. ** PICTURES PROVIDED. On 02/09 I brought both of my vehicles to this establishment for a tint job. (2024 LEXUS UX 250H & 2025 BMW 430i). The person I dealt with was OSCAR & EDGAR. On my LEXUS, the had inch long gaps, bubbles even after the film had settled, and scratches to the film. When receiving my car back the seats had shoe marks, all of my seats are tan leather. When this was brought up to his attention, he acted surprised and stated he would wipe it. I advised that was already handled by me but should’ve been taken care while in the business’ care but also shouldn’t be stepping all over customers seats anyway. On my BMW, they scratched the inside side panel on the driver side with a tint tool. When I brought it up to his attention, he became argumentative and said “I didn’t do that!” Mind you, the car is a lease and it’s a 2025, so it is not driven often. Continuing, there were multiple tint scraps left all over the car driver and passenger floor and seats. They left a blue tint tool behind. There were water spots all over the dash, my screen, driver door, and rear view mirror. When I brought this up to him, his response was “well yeah that’s going to happen because we use spray bottles.” I expressed to him that receiving my vehicle in this condition is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Due to the lack of accountability of this business I am currently in the process with my lawyer pursuing legal action against this business for the damages sustained to my BMW that the business refused to compensate and/or fix. I brought 2 of my trucks to these guys. They had the cheapest price in town hands down. Thought it would be worth a try and not one complaint from these guys. If you don't own a benlltley or an exotic car there is no reason to spend 700 dollars on tint for one vehicle. Any of my cars will be going to these guys.

The tint job itself was fast and the staff were friendly. My biggest complaints are that they didn't honor the 10% discount that was clearly printed on the coupon (On the day of my appointment, the lady said it's a $10 discount instead of 10% on the coupon I was given). Besides that, I only just discovered a couple of days ago when it was raining that my car's rear hatch wiper motor and control arm were not placed back properly after they tinted my rear windshield. The wiper blade barely moves now. Besides that, the price for the work was still reasonable enough and, like I said, the work was fast and done up to an acceptable level of quality. There are not many air bubbles and the few that are there are tiny and only noticable when you try to spot them.

Just wanted the tint removed from my car , they quoted me $35 on the phone. I went there and the younger gentleman tried telling me $82. I stated i was quoted 35 on the phone , he made a call and came back and said ok 35 . It didn't take them too long to remove my tint however they were sloppy and left knicks and scratches also when i was trying to discuss my options as far as future window tinting , one of the employee just stared at me with his hands on his hips like he was a bouncer trying to look tough and intimidating, he did not stop staring until i started pulling money out. I will not be returning and will be seeking a little more professional establishment.
