This was our first time bringing our cars to Willow Grove Automotive, and it definitely won’t be our last! They did the inspections on both mine and my husband's cars, along with a few other things we needed checked out. For the first time in my life, I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of at a mechanic. They were honest, efficient, and incredibly professional. I came in thinking I needed a new tire, but they found a tiny pinhole and were able to fix it thus saving me from an unnecessary, expensive replacement. My car's air conditioning also needed attention, and instead of pushing some costly repair, they simply recharged it and had it working perfectly again. The whole process was unbelievably smooth: we dropped the cars off in the morning, and within about an hour, they called to let us know exactly what needed to be done. A few hours later, everything was finished and ready for pickup. I can't say enough good things about the experience. It's rare to find a place that is this trustworthy and efficient. Thank you, Willow Grove Automotive we’ll definitely be back.

I had a tow truck driver pick up my vehicle that was COMPLETELY STRIPED WITH FLAT TIRES. I ULTIMATELY HAD TO JUNK MY CAR DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP I ADDED PHOTOS OF HOW I RECEIVED MY VEHICLE. PLEASE DONT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE. THIS SHOP SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !!!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would Please please please don’t go here they promised to diagnose and fix my car within 2 weeks and that diagnostic turned into 6 months with little to no communication from the owner Perry. After several months I reached out to Perry repeatedly to get a determination on my car since coming to a resolution seemed to take extremely long he and was dependent upon him purchasing a part that I stupidly waited for him to get back to me about to end up getting told he could not get it and it would be at a dealership if I found one, until then to leave my vehicle there with the understanding of getting it towed when the part was found. I recently found the part and paid for a tow to pick up my car, the tow driver was told to leave because the shop was owed $700 for putting a battery in the car to get it started and a new fuse. I called to discuss what I thought was a misunderstanding and Perry hung up on me a total of 10 times. He told me I was not getting my vehicle until he was paid. I became so frustrated due to being hung up on I came to the shop to discuss the issue Perry told me to get off of his property. I ended up calling the police and a officer assisted me with getting my car back after agreeing to take out what he put into the car. I brought my car in for a state inspection, and they told me “the wiper is bad and it will not pass the safety inspection.” I had a feeling they just wanted to charge for something, but I went along with it—even though my wiper was replaced exactly 12 months ago and was working fine. Big mistake. The new wiper they installed was far worse—screeching loudly and barely functioning. It was clearly a low-quality replacement. On top of that, the price wasn’t even cheap. Very disappointing. This is definitely a dishonest upsell. Come here if you want to get low quality equipments and dishonest service.

I took my car to Willow Grove Automotive for this first time and it was a wonderful experience! They took my car without an appointment, which that alone was amazing. I was expecting to be without my car for a couple of days because that has been my experience with other auto repair shops in the area, but that was not the case, my car needed major work and they had it completed within a reasonable time and I picked my car up the same day. I was shocked. Also Perry, was super nice and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable for what I got done. I have to say I think I found a new Auto Repair Shop! Daphne
