The service department kept the car for three days. On day 1 we were not notified near end of the day that the car would not be available. We asked for it to be ready by noon on Sat. They called us at 2:00 to say the car was ready but they were closing. They did offer to pick us up BUT never said someone would be in the service dept when we arrived. The service dept. is closed on Sunday. On Monday morning , they sent someone to pick us up. He SPED through the city returning us to the dealership. Who does 60 mph on Old York Road at 8:30 am? Yes the agent was polite & apologetic but I was dissatisfied with their communication. We should have at least been offered a free oil change for the inconvenience. I will not use their service department again.

The team was very helpful. It has been a long while since using this Mazda service department and was pleasantly pleased with the services performed and customer service. Tamara was great in communicating what was going on and working with me when I needed answers about purchasing new tires. They provided videos of the work being done and she followed up promptly to discuss and ensure I understood. They were great with offering a loaner car too!

The service time was approximated at 1.5 hours however, I had to wait >3 hours and I did not receive the video review mentioned in a previous text. Would have been nice if someone let me know it was going to be that much longer. On the plus side, any personnel with whom I came into contact were very pleasant.
