Our car broke down on I-85. We were headed to a hospital in Charlotte,NC coming from SC. It was a stressful event, but these guys at White's AUTO Repair and Towing had us picked at AND fixed very quickly. They were the 3rd place we called in the area, and the only ones that could come at the time...sure glad they did! It was a 5 star encounter with EVERY team member we engaged with that morning! It felt like we had an appointment with them. The repair cost was very reasonable too. These guys and gal are the real deal. Even their on sight dog, Haggard, gets 5 stars!!

My car broke down on I-85 right before New Year's (clutch & flywheel broke) and they did a good job on towing my car, fixing my car as quickly as they could, and keeping me informed on the repair process! My car is still running well, so that tells me this did a good job! If you're looking for an auto-repair shop that does quality work in a timely manner, especially if your car breaks down on I-85 during vacation, then this is a good shop to look into!

I will not be returning to White's. I had a right wheel bearing replaced. My brakes were left unbolted, and the bearings were improperly installed. The work I had done here was a waste of time and money.

We're currently pulling a travel trailer with a 2010 Ford Expedition. Was beginning to have trouble getting the Expedition out of Park. White's got us in immediately, since we were travelling (staying at a nearby RV park for a week or two), diagnosed it quickly as a bad brake light switch, replaced it the next day for a minimal price. Has worked fine ever since. Highly recommend this auto shop.
