Dealt with both Todd & Ron. They were both very nice and thorough. I was sent over to them by a local car dealership due to some scratches on my new truck. I had to leave my truck there for a few hours because they were booked up already and squeezing me in, and they got it all done within the day. They were successful in buffing out all of the scratches so it looks perfect. I was skeptical that they’d get it to look as good as it does. The scratches looked a bit deep. They also checked out the entire truck and found another scratch that I missed and took care of that one too. I appreciate them accommodating me with little notice and doing a very good job. This place is in business to just be certified scam artist, they won’t update ( and I called daily 2 or 3 times a day) always the same From Ron in Montgomery/ Oswego location, everything is fine we are working with your insurance but nothing got done an all they did was keep my car 5 days well technically 4 and I paid for personal tow truck thank god because just to keep my car and “ talk to my insurance “ and NO WORK DONE, I paid them $1,190 dollars to get my car out . Professional scammers please stay clear and hopefully nobody goes through this and reads my how these guys operate.

Was quoted a certain price after damaged was assessed, then magically after I left for vacation the quote doubles. A week later after I told them not to do the work because of what scam artists they are the car was still torn apart laying on their shop floor. Now delaying another planned travel of mine. They are refusing to give my car back and being extreme rude on purpose since I chose to take my business somewhere fair. Extremely disappointed in the lack of decency and brain cells these people have. Highly recommend taking your car literally anywhere else. If I could give less than one star I would.
