I really wanted to like this place. And I am not one to write a bad review but feel this experience warrants. I don't recommend, but if you really must use them, please see below. 1. Take pictures of each tire/rim prior to getting new tires. You will need this to prove they messed up your rims. They do pay $85 per rim to get fixed, if you can prove they scratched them. 2. Be prepared to spend up to 4 hours for new tires and alignment. 3. Check to ensure they install the correct tires. After 3.5 hours, I thought I was complete, but as I looked at the scratched rims, I noticed they put the wrong tire size on. 4. Check your PSI after you leave. Car said should be at 35 and they had at 40. As they apologized for installing the wrong tires, and for the extra wait time, they assured me they would comp something to make up for the hassle. Later, they said I got too good of a deal on my tires ($1200+) and there was nothing they could do.

Had such a great experience at Belle Tire in Montgomery. Brett and Brian were incredibly helpful — super knowledgeable and just easy to talk to. We had a bit of a time crunch, and they still made sure everything got handled smoothly without cutting corners. What really stood out was how they took the time to walk us through the options and made sure we felt good about the decisions we were making. It didn’t feel rushed or like just another transaction — they genuinely cared. We’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time for tires in the future. Best service and quality of work hands done. A BIG Thank you to Brett Miller!! I was going through a hard situation with another tire shop that was making things difficult about their tire replacement process, so I went to Bell Tires, explained to Brett the situation, and he just made everything better. He is very knowledgeable in the tire and automotive field, and that is why I will be coming back for all my tire and vehicle needs. Prices are very reasonable and no hassle, no hidden fees, and upfront honesty. I will add that I brought my Chrysler pacifica in for new tires when they first opened, and I was very pleased with everything.

Explained everything to me very detailed about what needed to be done! Also made some suggestions. -Very clean environment coffee was fresh, restrooms were clean . Very welcoming! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tire shop. I initially spoke with Nate on the phone, he was professional and gave me their great pricing options for 4 brand new tires for my F-150. They were also able to get me in within minutes, without having an appointment scheduled. The technicians were all amazing and had me in and out less than 45 mins. The technicians even discovered a metal bar that was not part of my truck and lodged into the frame that they removed for free. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
