Rick was so helpful in us getting our car issue resolved quickly and efficiently. I brought my car in on Wednesday to get inspected, received it back Wednesday afternoon for them to order parts, got a call Thursday that the part was ready, took it in for the repair on Friday morning and got it back Friday afternoon! Only a 3 day endeavor all in all. Rick kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and was quick to get us in and out for our repair. I will definitely be contacting him specifically the next time I have an issue with my Toyota Sienna.

We were in for an oil change and Joni went over the findings. We needed tires. Joni went over all our tire brand options, price, warranty, rebates etc. Joni was “no pressure”- she gave me the printouts and said I could call and let her know if we would want to proceed after looking over our options. We called, tires were ordered, they got us in quickly because we were leaving on vacation. Jodi was very professional, kind, thorough, and went above expectations to take care of us!

I was quite concerned when our display screen was completely blank and brought it to the dealership for a diagnostic and repair. I was extremely relieved when all that was needed was a software upgrade! Steve was very easy to deal with and kind enough to give me his direct number should we have any additional questions or issues. I also appreciated that the dealership did not “do more” than what was needed! For that we are very grateful!!
