I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. The team was super friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. I was honestly really impressed with how quickly they got everything done—the turnaround time was much faster than I expected. What really stood out to me was the paintwork. My car has a pretty unique color/shimmer, and they matched it perfectly. I couldn’t believe how seamless it looked—it honestly looked just like the original paint. They clearly take a lot of pride in getting the details right. I was also out of the country for three weeks, and they had to hold onto my car for over a week and a half. They stored it securely at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. And when I came to pick it up, not only had they washed the exterior, but I also noticed they cleaned up the inside of the car too—a really thoughtful touch. All in all, I’m really happy with the work they did and how they treated me throughout the process. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for quality repairs and a team that goes the extra mile.

Weeks after having my truck They still can’t have an answer as to when the truck will be ready, they have been pushing the pick up date as much as they can from Friday to next Friday, and then the next and so on. Yet somehow the person in charge is never at the shop when I call for answers. So I’ll be going tomorrow to get my truck before they keep it for another month. Update: Finally got an answer which is basically the same thing they told me weeks before, they’re just waiting on a quote for the work needed. 3 weeks in and they’re still waiting on a quote!? So if they’re taking this long to simply “get a quote” now imagine how long they’ll take to do the work! Rather move my truck to where it’ll actually be worked on than at a place that will just sit at while my company loses money because they’re waiting for a “quote” I highly suggest you look for another place unless you don’t need your car for the next few months! This place is a perfect example of why we need negative numbers or a 0 star reviews option. The only reason why they are getting 1 star is because I can’t remove it.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. After waiting 3 weeks to get my car in, they proceeded to increase the estimate twice in 4 weeks. All they did was take the front bumper and headlamps out, yet increased the estimate by $2000 so my insurance company wanted to total it. Never informed me, never communicated any thing unless I called. But the thing that brought me to write this review, to let everyone know not to trust your car here... is that my car was driven 1100 miles in the 4 weeks it was there. It was driven in, yet couldn't get it started when I switched garages for the repair. Over 1100 miles in a month and the car was on empty(it was on 3/4 tank when I dropped it off) and the battery was dead when I decided to change repair facilities and retrieve my car. I called to get answers about the gas and why the car didn't start, not knowing about the mileage, and all I got were lies and blaming the tow truck company. Once I realized about the 1100 miles the next day and I called to talk to the manager, I never received a call back. Dishonest, untrustworthy, slow and shady is all I can say! The photos say it all.
