Several features distinguish Western Tire Centers Warehouse/Jack Furrier Western Tire & Auto Care. A notable strength, as highlighted by a customer review, is their willingness to handle specialized vehicles, such as a new electric truck with air suspension. The team at their "Palo Verde shop" (which is another Jack Furrier location, indicating consistent training across branches) took the time to read the manufacturer's manual, ensuring adherence to specific instructions for a tire rotation. This demonstrates a commitment to thoroughness and adaptability, especially with the increasing complexity of modern vehicles. The staff are frequently described as "very cordial and knowledgeable" and even remembered a customer's name, pointing to a strong emphasis on personalized customer service. The broad range of services available under one roof is another key feature, providing convenience for customers who can get multiple maintenance or repair needs addressed at a single location. Their large inventory of tires also ensures that customers have ample choices to find the right fit for their vehicle and budget. The online presence, including options to shop for tires by size or vehicle, and submission of rebates, also signifies a modern approach to customer convenience.

As for promotional information, Jack Furrier Western Tire & Auto Care, including the Western Tire Centers Warehouse location, consistently runs various promotions and offers to attract and retain customers. While specific deals can change, common promotional tactics often include:

  • Tire Rebates and Discounts: Offering cash-back rebates on the purchase of select sets of tires from specific brands (e.g., Cooper tires, Goodyear tires), or instant discounts.
  • Service Coupons: Providing coupons for specific services such as oil changes, brake inspections, or alignment checks, often available on their website or through local advertisements.
  • Package Deals: Bundling common services like tire rotation and balancing with a tire purchase.
  • Seasonal Specials: Promotions tailored to different times of the year, such as discounts on AC checks before summer or battery tests before winter.
  • Fleet Services and Commercial Accounts: Offering specialized pricing and services for businesses with multiple vehicles.
  • Online Quote and Appointment Scheduling: Providing the convenience of getting tire quotes online and scheduling appointments, which can sometimes come with exclusive online discounts.

However, it is also important to consider customer experiences that highlight areas for improvement. One review describes a negative experience at a Jack Furrier location (on 22nd Street), where an oil change resulted in a broken oil cap, leading to additional cost and significant inconvenience for the customer. The review highlights a perceived lack of responsibility from the manager and questionable practices during the oil change, leading to a loss of trust and the customer vowing not to return. This incident underscores the importance of consistent service quality across all locations and emphasizes that even with a strong reputation and numerous positive reviews, individual customer experiences can vary. For potential customers, it is always advisable to communicate clearly about services, understand pricing, and retain documentation. Despite this isolated negative review, the overall sentiment across many reviews for Jack Furrier locations, including those associated with Western Tire Centers, tends to lean positive, with customers praising the helpfulness of staff, professionalism, and quick service.

Western Tire Centers Warehouse Customer Reviews

The team at the Palo Verde shop is top notch. I have an new electric truck that has air suspension and they took the time to read the manual to make sure they were following the manufacturer's instructions for a tire rotation. The guys there are very cordial and knowledgeable and they even remembered my name.

Today I took my Toyota Tundra to Jack Furriers on 22nd street for new tires, possible alignment and a oil change. My mistake for thinking it would be okay to trust them to take care of my oil change to save me time to not schedule oil change at Toyota dealer, where I usually take it. It cost me more time and money, $77 extra for them to replace the oil cap they broke off. Then blamed it was too tight. I took my broken cap back to the Toyota dealership to have it evaluated and they showed more compassion for what happen then the manager at Jack Furriers. It was clear they did not use proper tool to remove the cap. I could see the stripped teeth on oil cap grip and they had to of hammered the top off completely to break into all the pieces in the way it did. When I called back to Jack Furriers to let them know my confirmation from the dealership and of my disappointment for not taking the responsibility to pay for what they broke! The manager only replied with smudge attitude "ok, thats too bad." I explained I would not be returning to do any more business with them for our 3 vehicles. I Do Not recommend a place that will not take responsibility or pay for their own mistakes. Last note, The alignment report was adjusted so slightly under Tow report only and nothing else. Feel like it was not necessary but another charge for me today. Returning to the Toyota dealership for better quality service all around.

My furrier manager is Earnie at the speedway store. He is a spectacular help whenever needed. It is like you are the only customer that matters. They make the repair job right the first time. Rechecks are never needed. They get my highest recommendation!

I've used Jack Furrier Western Tire in several locations throughout Tucson and the service they have provided me cannot be beat. Friendly, courteous and beyond reproach. I would not hesitate in suggesting to anyone that they are the place to buy tires, batteries, have service work done or just to stop by and find out what that funny little noise might be.

I took a set of brand new rims to Jack Furriers still in the box. These were for my Corvette, while in the process of removing the old ones and installing the new ones my new and old rims were damaged. In writing the manager on duty admitted to the damage and promised to handle the issue. This was in December. I still have not been paid the amount requested, I have even had my attorney send them a letter to which nothing has been said. I just made a complaint with the BBB and I am now working to file in Small Claims Court against them. I have no idea what kinds of service they would provide in any other capacity but to have them promise to make something right and then ignore all contact. I think that shows the business ethics represented at Jack Furriers quite clearly.
