Mechanic went to Kos the hood. The hood completely bet increased all the way across and we're not close Now they're saying that I purchased it over a year ago and do not want to refund me or exchange it for a better one

initially ordered parts online but they were delivered to wrong house hassled with company for two weeks to resolve. finally got a refund and went to CYC who had the parts on hand. For only $30 more I got the parts on the same day. Should have gone there first.

I've been going here for years, they have never let me down , if they say it's here , then it is, unlike some places when you get there it's oh we just sold that, yes the store front is small, and the service is always great even when it's super busy, they always write down and remember why you called if you call again so you don't have to go thru the whole spill on vehicle type engine size etc unless your shopping for different vehicle on 2nd call, which I think helps save time. The parts quality and price is hard to beat anywhere in town , and they know that is key to success, 1 suggestion I have is how about local delivery for bigger item ? Or possibly internet ordering and pick up option for after hours ? Maybe a holding area with secured access and lockers to store purchased items in , so some guys like me that need to finish a job but can't get or have anyone available to get parts by 5pm , would have an option rather than wait another day, because I know most of my customers don't like waiting, and it sure would be great to have a way to get items after hours on times I really need to, another thought Is why not have a 24hour shop ? I know dumb things happen And need to be fixed often in this town at 3am ...I'm just saying...

I've had to order several parts and they always have it in stock or can order within a few days. They dont carry all parts but body panels like fenders, hoods, grills and trim they have. Super friendly staff and never had an issue with any of their products. Great place to do business with so far and in a convienient location too. They are my first go to for a quote.

I was not pleased with the way the lady answered the phone. I had to call twice due to the fact that she hung up immediately after stating the company's name the first time and the second time she told me to hold and proceeded to make another phone call to a customer with me listening to it in which she didn't even state who was calling the customer and just said "you have" and then rattled off their car. I personally feel that it was very rude and unprofessional and she should probably not be allowed to operate their phone from here on out.
