These guys are the absolute amazing !!! They’re extremely knowledgable and professional, and they really go above and beyond to take care of their customers I will do the trip from New Jersey to the West Village because it’s worth it And they gave me a replacement car for the day that my car was it in the shop it’s really rare to find a good mechanic, look at the picture before and after thank you very much guys

Extremely rude and uninterested in providing a quote. Don’t understand basics of how to speak to someone or customer service. Given historically glowing reviews and more recent one star reviews I wonder if there has been a change in operations. Would recommend Marty’s a short way up on 25th for honest and pleasant people.

Classic little car garage in the heart of West Village - not only does this Auto Repair shop seriously look like one of the cutest garages I've ever been to, but they treat their neighbors like family. Great service, reasonable priced - thank you Dean and Ari!

I called West Village Auto about bringing my car in. The guy on the other end asked if I had been there before. When I said I hadn’t, the guy said there’s no availability for the next month and hung up. Was rude and a terrible customer experience I called Marty’s on 25th right after about the same service. The guy was friendly and told me to bring the car by whenever - today, tomorrow - and they’d have it turned around in 10 min. The difference in customer experience was night and day
