Great company, use them for all our apts in our rental building. Sean, Emma and Greg great to deal with and always quick to respond. Never an issue with any of the installers always clean and neat. Never had a bad experience and highly recommend.

As a small apt condo owner, I had trouble finding a business that was willing to install the 3M sun control window film in my tiny apartment, so I was thrilled to find Layr. They got back to me right away and was communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Dan Marrosu came by to take measurements and provide samples for me to think on. Then Sue called to schedule my appointment (I got lucky and they had a spot open for me within the following 2 weeks), and Angelo came over to do the installation. I'm happy with the heat reduction the window film has produced (I got the 3M Prestige 70 Sun Control Window Film), and there's only the slightest tint to my windows (it actually makes the view clearer, I think, due to the reduction of glare!) Both Layr's business development representative and operations manager are consummate professionals, promptly completing required COI paperwork and scheduling the installation appointment. Even more impressive, the UV-blocking film is so precisely attached that its seams along my windows' glass panes aren't detectable by viewers, including my residential complex's longtime concierge!
