West Salem Kia Service

The Service Department always kept us informed of progress of work being done on our vehicle. We knew we were not forgotten. Our vehicle was done at the time predicted. We had a comfortable lounge to wait in. They even washed our car - free of charge.

I had a recall taken care of at my last appt. They told me I would be out of there by 930 and kept their word. This means a lot as I had an important meeting to get to. Customer service is always great. Thanks!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Bruce and Kia service. I always feel well taken care of and never pushed into things I don’t actually need. I actually requested a tire rotation this time and was told it was not necessary as my better tires were on the front. This saved me a good chunk of money and I very well could have been taken advantage of. This is my 5th Kia and I keep coming back because of the top notch service!

Average. Friendly service people. Took a week to get my drivers side seat belt looked at (unusable). They said they agreed it was in need of repair and parts had to be ordered. They likely would come in a few days but they are scheduling over a week out after that. Three weeks with a non functional drivers side seatbelt and no one is concerned or has a faster or different solution. Most expensive car I’ve purchased and it’s under warranty. I’ve never had a seatbelt malfunction on any vehicle I’ve purchased. I’m shocked no one is worried about the driver’s side belt not working enough to offer a loaner or an appointment faster.

My husband and I were very happy with the service we received at Morrie’s in West Salem. They took care of our problem in a timely manner, were, very professional and very friendly. I would, highly recommend Morrie’s. I won’t hesitate to take my vehicle back to them again.
