After several continued attempts to support local business I have given up all hope in doing business with this so called “tire” company. Repeated attempts to have service completed on tires such as mounting and tire patching have all resulted in me leaving in anger after being told “we can’t help you.” The office manager does not have time for anyone. Every time I enter the establishment it feels like I’m just a bother to be walking through the door. Simple question just to be shot down before you can even finish a sentence. “We don’t do that anymore.” “No, we don’t do that. You won’t be able to find anyone to do that.” It’s really just a pathetic excuse for a business. Goodbye Deganhardt, hello Pomp’s. A company that is more than happy to accept my business with open arms!

I called to ask about tire options and cost. The woman that was on the phone was rude and seemed to be bothered by helping a customer. She abruptly asked for the tire size then told me dont call back they would call me when they had time " this was said in a condescending attitude", I've waited for over a week and no return call. I would have thought they would like new customers and not be bothered by new business

I went to get two tires fixxed on a friday called before i came down they said alls good bring em in when i got down to the shop i was greated with rude service from the owners wife and after talking to the owner i still went to pomps tire in lacrosse wisconsin cheaper on tires and way better service and it is not the fact that they couldnt service my tire it is the rudeness i recieved from walking in the door that im upset about pomps didnt treat ne this way
