Total Recon Auto Body, Hail Repair & Paintless Dent Repair

I had two small chips and a small area where my car got keyed. I was told when I ordered the touch paint, that I could do it myself. BAD IDEA! On a recommendation I stopped at Total Recon without an appointment. Told Jason my problem, he was very professional, pleasant and immediately looked at my vehicle. I accidentally messed up an area on side of my husband's pickup, resulting in a couple of dents, scrapes and scratches. I decided to pull into Total Recon and see if there was anything they could do to help it look better and make an appointment in the future if they could. Jason couldn't have been more helpful, he looked at the vehicle right away. To my surprise, he said he had a little time and could buff out the area and do quick touch up paint on the scratches. It looked so much better, he said if I wanted the dents fixed completely, I could make an appointment and get it taken care of for a reasonable price. Small businesses with great service like this are becoming a thing of the past. Total Recon is the real deal, they will be honest with you and tell you if it's a job they can handle. This is the second time we have used Total Recon. Excellent service and fair price.

Took my vehicle to Total Recon for some PDR and light scratches. He did a great job making the damage virtually unnoticeable, at a price that was beyond fair. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

I cannot recommend Total Recon more highly. Jason and team completed a Paintless Dent Repair that no shop in town said was possible and returned my (brand new) car to me looking like it did the day I bought it. The job was done on time and on budget. If you need a dent repaired, make Total Recon your first stop. 11-17-23: Because I'm extraordinarily unlucky I got to use Jason's services again, this time for dent repair and paint repair. I learned this time that my first experience with Total Recon was not a one-off. The repair was done reasonably, quickly and flawlessly! Don't think for a minute that they only do PDR.
