Warehouse Rebuilders

I brought in GM starter with attached solenoid from a classic car. I was pretty certain the solenoid was my starting problem. After talking with Rick, I decided to have him rebuild starter, too. In a couple days, it was done. It looked like new and works great. The engine hardly turns over, it just fires up when I turn the key, and the car is still "original equipment".

I bet he is really good at what he does but he was so rude and inconsiderate to the fact that my car broke down and all I need is a 28$ part from him instead of spending 127$@ the auto parts store ... I tried to get s ride on Friday and got there on Monday 2minutes before closing and called to see if u would waitfor me because I couldn't find the street his shop is on .. I had limited data on my navigation and it's been pretty hard to get things done and this guy didn't care that I needed him and he was the was only way o was going to get this car fixed m back to work instead of having to wait for my paycheck to buy from the AutoZone or take a day off and pay for s ride from Uber to make it there to his shop in time because I live in gold hill way out by sam's valley and don't have any other options for a ride in time ... Yeah I'm the one with the xar problem and im the one who needs help ... .. But if this review will reflect costumer service then this guy is a jerk to new costumers who are desperate for help and don't have many options or resources... Instead of being a good business and offering me a over the phone purchase and leaving me the part outsode or giving me the 10 extra minutes to sell me a part he gave me a bunch of rude attitude and told me I don't care if ur down the street I'm not gonna do anything for you tonight and if u want u can leave it in the dropbox and il.get back to you ...lol I just need a part he could sell me new and keep my core or at least be kind when he shut me down ... Idk it's crazy to think I'm paying for a jerk to make me beg for him ? Lol wow dude thanks for you help mr expert ... One day you will be in need of some consideration and ur Gona get the rude realization that god doesn't like ugly egos or jerks

I've only done business there a couple times. The first time I had . My starter back the next day and the second time my starter was ready to pick up in 2 day. Very friendly and treated me like I've done business with them for years. Thank you , you have a customer for life.

2nd time we have used them. Super fast and reasonable prices. A good mechanic friend of mine says if possible you should always have your "factory" parts rebuilt instead of buying a rebuilt one. Makes sense to me. Warehouse Rebuilders are the ones to do it.
