Brand new tires bought and put on yesterday in Grants Pass. The job was complete in less than an hour. On my way back home, 40 miles away, I am barely able to keep the car on the road due to all the wobble. Called and was told to check the lug nuts, LMAO!!!!!! They did not balance them at all. Had to pay another business to balance due to not being able to drive the vehicle another 40 miles in freezing conditions. They even had a pow wow at the back of my car as they spoke whispering until they realized they were being watched. Targeted!!! Will never use that Walmart service again! If you are a female or elder I would have somebody with knowledge assist you while dealing with these folks! Don't get targeted and scammed!

Very helpful ladies at the auto care, I was able to get new tires at a great price with warranty. Highly recommend.

I had a flat and came in with my spare tire already on my car with the flat in the trunk. I had them put on all new tires, when I came and picked it up I noticed that didn’t even bother to take the spare off and put the new tire and wheel back on. They just left the new tire and rim in the trunk and the spare on. Terrible service would not recommend to anyone.

I dropped my car off due to my car not starting and died. I had to have a friend jump it to work to get it to Walmart. Also, my battery is five years old. I told the tech I think I needed a battery. He said no it’s alternator. I took the car to a local shop and they said it’s battery! $350 later I have a new battery from the repair shop!

Free tire mounting (on Walmart sold) fairly inexpensive balance includes lifetime rotate and not much of a wait. A wait yes, but not too bad. Its first come first serve.

Just needed some air. They checked the pressures, adjusted where needed, and replaced a malfunctioning valve core. Fast polite and helpful!
