Had my truck serviced here multiple times. Needed a transmission replacement. Jason found a transmission and replaced it. I called multiple times and was told that the vehicle was ready to drive and all was good. When I finally flew in to Medford and got a rideshare to pick up my vehicle it didn't drive properly. Was told that there was something wrong with the rear driveshaft. I asked why I wasn't notified and was told that I was notified or my friend was notified and that whomever was talked to said it was okay that it didn't drive well and that there was no need to find the part.?!?!?! Absolutely made NO SENSE especially since it would have been fine to have just told me there was an issue and that something else needed to be fixed on it the truck. Was left with a truck that couldn't drive faster than about 40mph without vibrating violently. Had to limp the vehicle 280 miles to Longview, WA to get the rear driveshaft and have it installed. Unfortunate situation that could have been easily avoided. What's the point in having a transmission replaced if at the end the vehicle still can't really be driven? Why not say something about the problem when I asked multiple times about the readiness of the vehicle? Why not say something when I mentioned that I would need to fly in and drive and tow with it? When I had the rear driveshaft installed I was told that the transmission mount was broken and should have been replaced. Apparently it is a $30 part. Not sure why someone would replace the transmission without just replacing the mount or notifying me and asking me for an extra $30-50. Was generally happy here but really disappointed with the transmission job. The whole situation was frustrating and made no sense.

Awesome place if you're looking for a Toyota vehicle parts friendly enough staff they only take cash but well worth the trip pricing for the parts are exceptionally good kudos to the owner as a parent I dealt with his offspring and represented this shop extremely well
